Growing up as a competitive swimmer, I attended NC State University on a full-ride scholarship and became a 2-time ACC Champion, 2-time U.S. Olympic Trials competitor, and 5-time NCAA All-American. My body performed at an elite level, supported by purpose, community, joy, and deep relationships. All I knew how to do was swim- I knew little about anything else. I had almost no awareness of the systems shaping our beliefs, our lifestyles, and the world around us. Breaking out of my swim bubble post-college brought me into the "real world" trial by fire that became my greatest initiation. Facing years of health challenges, beginning to question everything, and unlearning all I was programmed to believe.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a Master’s in Textile Engineering. My mind perceives the world through structure, pattern recognition, and system-level thinking. I naturally analyze the interconnected frameworks that govern how we think, behave, consume, and live- recognizing that every system functions as underlying architecture, shaping our physical, mental, and emotional states. Many of our modern systems: medical, financial, educational, food, familial, and work are fundamentally misaligned- built on premises that diverge from health, from freedom, and from Truth. They incentivize us to be disconnected and dependent. This continuous reinforcement of separation has scaled and the compounding downstream effects are seen and felt by everyone, but most carry on despite the innate knowing that something is wrong and they want to be healthier, happier, and spend their time and energy in other ways.
Alongside my investigative brain, I have always been drawn to kinesthetic experience, to materializing beauty in the physical form, as I believe it is ethical for our soul to be surrounded by inspired creations. This dual orientation led me to textile engineering, where I focused on sustainable apparel development.
I began my career in New York City developing bio-based synthetic textiles—work grounded in innovation and positive intent, yet increasingly at odds with a deeper realization- we were over-engineering solutions that God has already given us in natural elements. Living in the city became the lowest point of my life and health, illuminating how many of the modern environments, lifestyles, and systems we have normalized are not only unsustainable, but inherently unnatural and profoundly destructive to our wellbeing. I no longer wanted to hand over my life and health to extractive systems, I wanted to find real alignment in Nature and God.
Determined to transform life that felt disempowered and dependent on outsourcing, I became obsessed with sovereign approaches to reclaiming my health, my life, my agency. This led me into an intense period of self-education. I immersed myself in understanding the body and its relationship to the natural world—exploring the vitality of land and food, light and frequency, circadian biology, terrain theory, water as consciousness, fascia, and the body’s electrical and energy systems. What started as a focus on health expanded into a deeper exploration of sovereignty in all interconnected forms, beliefs, thoughts, and systems. I studied natural law, decentralized monetary systems, governance structures, and esoteric frameworks, all through the lens of reclaiming autonomy and aligning with what is fundamentally true.
I quit my job and solo-traveled coastal regions of Central America with no idea what I would do next, but I knew the corporate complacency wasn't my path forward. Letting raw nature, likeminded truth-seekers, and uncertainty help me remember that God has given us everything we need- in natural systems and in our own bodies. When we build upon that Truth and that foundation, we are capable of everything.
Technology does not have to be an escape from humanity or from Nature. It can become infrastructure that protects both. We use digital systems to simplify production, reduce harm, and create healthier products so people can spend less time trapped in cycles of overconsumption and more time connected to the real world, creating beauty, and celebrating life. The goal is not more artificial living. The goal is to use intelligent tools to support a more natural life.
This brand is the living culmination of my journey and everything I love: health, nature, water, athletics, engineering, freedom, technology, systems, fashion, and beauty. God has been threading it all together over the years. I am simply trusting the plan.
